Crude flan with very uneven thickness and crack in edge, full 62 of date with last digit altered to look like a 1 (but unmistakable style of 1627-9), full shield and cross, Fine+ with patchy dark toning. Pedigreed to the Ponterio auction of May 1988, with original lot-tag 703 (erroneously cataloged as 1621).
